The staff were all extremely helpful, very friendly, and went out of their way to help in an unexpected situation that was difficult to navigate, but each person went above and beyond to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location while also being tucked back so you're not right in the middle of everything. I have had to extend my stay several times, and they are extremely accommodating about that. I've stayed at many places in the area, and I have to say this has been one of the better hotels I've found, especially for the value. Free breakfast with plenty to choose from and a 24 hr coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this to friends and loved ones and will be using them again myself if/when necessary.

Just about Everything! Exceptionally Warm, friendly, professional staff. Extremely accommodating to us as we added days onto our stay. Facility and rooms are exceptionally clean and well kept. Tv is updated allowing for enjoyable entertainment during our stay. We even had an issue with the refrigerator in our room that was immediately addressed after we called for assistance. This hotel is truly a diamond. Especially after the horrible experience I had during the first half of our vacation.

Excellent location next to a mall and 4 miles from a lovely town. The mall has a great food court. Great place from which to explore that part of Virginia. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Free parking and breakfast were very welcome. Staff were pleasant.

Staff from the moment that I checked in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a full breakfast eggs bacon and waffles. With several other items to choose from. But most of all the staff was always pleasant I was in and out of my room several times throughout the day so I encountered different employees.Everyone had a smile on their face Greeted you upon your entrance and / or exit. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating if you needed something. I will be staying there again.🙂

Breakfast was ok could have had more fruit options, coffee machine and 🍋lemon water was wonderful. Was pleased with location was able to walk to some of the surrounding places. Beds were comfortable, bathroom way to small definitely needs upgrading. Mr. Thomas the desk manager, and his release lady were absolutely wonderful ❤ thank you for your services. Hope see you guys again.

Breakfast was great. The OJ was the very best! The staff was super, very helpful when there was a problem and quick to remedy it! The were also very nice and easy to get aping with!

The lobby looked fresh and beautiful! The great and blue looked perfect together. very inviting. Thomas (Front desk) was so friendly and helpful and professional! He smoothed over a minor little ruffle, when I got there, with a swift and perfect solution. Michael (Building engineer) was also awesome, he offered to help me with my bags and actually went and got some ice for me when I asked where the ice machine was! He was epitome of kindness. Then there was Yolanda and Nautica (Night Time Front desk) who helped me with the TV operation that I couldn’t get to work… turned out it just needed a wire wiggled or tightened! they also made me feel comfortable and had me laughing. There was a sweet little housekeeper lady up on third floor ( I didn’t get her name) that was super friendly! I really feel felt like they treated me like family and I almost just wanted to stay a little longer. These are terrific assets you have on this team! Oh, the breakfast was delicious! Coffee was super strong - but I added a little water and milk.
